Before any payment you see one panel: government fee, our service fee, visa-center fees, optional extras (never pre-selected), the total charged today, and your refund eligibility. Nothing is added after that screen — not to “retrieve your visa,” not for “handling,” not for anything.

status you can audit

Your application is always in exactly one of these eleven states, each computed from real records — a payment, an advisor’s work log, an embassy receipt, a visa document in our possession. No agent can type a status that hasn’t happened. If your file stalls more than a day past its expected stage, a flag appears for you and for us, automatically.

one named human, the whole way

Every application has a named owner — name, photo, licence number where applicable, and a published response-time commitment. No anonymous group chats where everyone is present and nobody answers. If your owner is unresponsive past twice the committed time, the file escalates automatically to a senior advisor.

if the answer is no

If an authority rejects your application, you hear it from us within 24 hours — with the reason we received and your options. Refund eligibility is computed from published rules based on your tier, the stage reached, and the reason. It is arithmetic, not an argument with an agent.
