How long will my visa take?
We never promise timings we don't control. Every guide shows the destination authority's own published average as a range, with its source and the date we last verified it.
What does the service cost?
One all-in total before you pay: government fee, our service fee, and any visa-center fees, itemized. Optional extras are opt-in and never pre-selected. There are no post-payment charges of any kind.
What happens if my application is rejected?
You are told within 24 hours, with the reason we received and your options — including what our refund policy computes for your exact case. Refund eligibility is calculated by published rules, not by an agent's discretion.
Do you guarantee visa approval?
No — and no honest practitioner can. Final decisions are made solely by the destination country's authorities. What we control is preparation quality, transparent status, and honest advice from licensed advisors.
