Terms of Service

Last updated July 2026

Draft — pending final legal review. This policy is published for transparency and is being finalised with our licensed practitioners and legal counsel. It will be updated; the version in force at the time of your engagement governs.

These terms set out the deal between you and visasfinder. Please read them before you engage us — especially the parts about what we can and cannot promise, and how fees work. By using the platform and instructing us, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

visasfinder is a UAE-based visa-application platform. The immigration advice and filing on your matter are carried out by licensed practitioners regulated by the relevant authority — CICC (Canada), MARA (Australia), or IAA (New Zealand).

You do not file your application directly with the government yourself. Your authorised licensed practitioner prepares your case and, where the authority permits it, submits it on your behalf.

2. The service

We help you prepare a complete, accurate application and supporting documents, and — where permitted — submit it to the relevant immigration authority through your licensed practitioner.

We give you honest guidance on your options and eligibility based on the information you provide.

3. No guarantee of outcome

The decision on your application is made solely by the government authority, not by us. We cannot and do not guarantee that your application will be approved, that it will be processed within any particular time, or that you will be granted entry.

We do not promise specific processing times — those are set by the authority and can change. Anyone who guarantees you a visa is misleading you; we won't do that.

4. Fees

Your total is itemised so you can see exactly what you're paying for:

Government fees — pass-through charges set by the immigration authority, collected on their behalf.

Our service fee — for preparing and handling your application.

VAT at 5% — applied as required under UAE law.

A 3% processing fee on the transaction.

You'll see the breakdown before you pay. Government fees follow the authority's own rules and are outside our control.

5. Your responsibilities

You must give us information and documents that are true, complete, and not misleading. Immigration authorities take misrepresentation extremely seriously — it can lead to refusal, bans, or worse.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you provide. If your circumstances change during the matter, tell us promptly.

6. Authorising your practitioner

By engaging us, you authorise the assigned licensed practitioner to act for you on your immigration matter, including corresponding with and submitting to the relevant authority where permitted.

You can verify any practitioner on the public register (CICC · MARA · IAA) linked in the footer.

7. Acceptable use

Use the platform only for your own genuine immigration matter and lawful purposes. Don't submit false documents, impersonate others, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform, or misuse it in any way.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the government authority's decision, for delays in official processing, or for losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information you provided.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the UAE courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you engage us governs your matter. If we make material changes, we'll take reasonable steps to make them visible.
